Returns and Exchanges Policy

The warranty for each piece of jewelry is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

• For any inquiry during the warranty period, you must come with a receipt and the item with the BENAMI brand logo attached (as it comes with every item). These serve as a warranty certificate and must therefore be kept in order for the warranty to be fulfilled.
  The warranty is not valid in the event of:
• Contact of the piece of jewelry with water and/or chemicals.
• Contact of the piece of jewelry with various cosmetic materials.
• Fall/bend/strong blow.
• Repair performed by an external party.
  No exchange and/or return of an item that has been personally engraved will be granted.
• Michal’s professional opinion will be given on all of these and a decision will be made accordingly.

Jewelry Exchange

Jewelry exchange will be possible up to 14 days from the date of purchase when the piece of jewelry has not been used (upon presentation of a receipt or exchange note) and is returned in the original packaging and without defect.

There are no exchanges on jewelry that has been specially ordered/or that has been personally engraved.

Each ring is custom-made for the customer’s hand size. Therefore, no returns or exchanges will be given for rings that are customized to your personal size.

Refund

Refund will be made up to 48 hours after purchase (according to the Consumer Protection Law).
In the event of a transaction cancellation or refund, a 5% cancellation fee will apply.
In the event of dissatisfaction with the jewelry, the customer will be charged a return shipping fee of 35 NIS, or alternatively, a visit to the showroom in Moshav Ein Iron or the company office in Ramat Gan, and the return of the jewelry. A refund for the jewelry will only be accepted when it arrives back at the store, after checking that it is not damaged and has not been used.

Repair Policy

• The cost of reducing/increasing a piece of jewelry is 150 NIS.
• The cost of any other repair after the warranty period has expired will be determined by the type of repair.

Shipping Policy

• Home delivery:
  Delivery time up to 30 business days (due to the high volume of this period).
• In the event of a delay in the order, the store staff will call the customer and inform them.
• In the case of a special order, the delivery time is 14 business days.
