OUR PERSONAL DESIGNS

Michal and you will have a phone call in which you will share how the piece of jewelry looks in your imagination, what the budget is, a general background on the character of the person who will wear the piece of jewelry, what the purpose of the personal design is, your closeness to the person, and more… In short, you will tell Michal who you are.

Before the phone call with Michal, you will be sent an email, along with a document detailing the personal design contract and its branches. If the terms of the contract are acceptable to you, we will continue with a phone call that will result in a beautiful and special item, that will be just for you…

At the end of your first phone call with Michal and upon receiving the price quote by you, Michal’s team will draft the personalized contract according to the summary of your call, and from that moment on, you will embark on an exciting journey to make your dream come true!

Michal will be in constant contact with you in choosing the sizes, shapes, dimensions, and diamonds, down to the smallest detail.

Each meeting date and/or phone call and their summary will be documented in the contract and sent to the client’s email.

Any increase and/or decrease in the price of raw materials and/or change in payment throughout the process will be implemented in accordance with the budget agreed upon in the contract. Exceptions to the budget will be made only with the client’s approval and will be updated in the contract and sent to the client’s email.
